Nudg
New listings, the moment they hit

Stop refreshing Zillow.
We'll ping you when it lists.

Tell Nudg what you're looking for — city, budget, bedrooms — and it watches the market for you, pinging you the moment a new home or rental that matches comes on. The good ones go fast; be first to know.

The good ones are gone before you refresh

You've got the saved search, the tabs, the Sunday-night scroll through Zillow and Redfin. And still — the place that was perfect listed on a Tuesday, got a dozen offers, and was gone before you ever saw it. Refreshing harder isn't the answer. Nudg watches the market around the clock and tells you the second a new match appears, so you're the one who gets there first.

How it works

01

Describe your search

City or address, max price, bedrooms — one sentence. No portal account, no browser extension, no spreadsheet of tabs.

02

Nudg watches the market

It checks for new for-sale and for-rent listings that match, around the clock, and remembers what it's already shown you.

03

You hear it the moment it lists

A push and an email with the new listings — price, beds, address, and the listing source — so you can act before the crowd.

Questions, answered

Where do the listings come from?

Verified for-sale and for-rent listing data aggregated from MLS feeds and public records via our data partner. Every alert shows the listing source, and listing data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed — always verify with the source before acting.

Does it cover rentals as well as homes for sale?

Both. Say "homes under $500k" or "rentals under $2,500" — Nudg watches for-sale or for-rent listings the same way, in whatever area you name.

How is this different from Zillow or Redfin alerts?

You set it in a sentence instead of building a saved search on each site, it watches from the cloud (no app or extension), and it lives in the same inbox as everything else you track — so your new-listing alerts sit next to your price drops, weather, and the rest.

How fast will I hear about a new listing?

Nudg checks on a schedule and alerts you when a new match appears — so you find out around when it hits the market, not days later when a weekly digest catches up.

Is it free?

New-listing alerts are part of Nudg Pro. The rest of Nudg — price drops, weather, crypto, page watching and more — is free to start.
